Welcome from the Parish Priest:

Dear faithful, friends, and followers:

Our parish community is entering the digital age, and I would like to extend a warm welcome to this space—a place to connect with the life of our community. In doing so, I wish to echo the words of Pope Leo XIV regarding the new challenges posed by technological and cultural shifts:

“Let us allow ourselves to be inspired by the ‘Good News’ of the Gospel, for this endeavor requires creativity and vision. It calls for constructive, forward-looking thinking—a mindset that frees communication from the haste of passing trends, the bias of narrow interests, and polemics that fail to educate, enabling us instead to truly listen. The ‘new realities’ we face demand new ways of thinking and fresh perspectives—approaches capable of embracing those who might otherwise be excluded or exploited by the logic of power. This is the challenge for all who disseminate ‘news.’” (Vatican City, November 7, 2025, ‘Meeting with the RCS Academy’)

We hope to rise to this challenge within this space—a place for connection, information, and communication—and, through the intercession of our patron saint, Saint Martin de Porres, may we receive God’s blessing.

Reverend Carlos Espinoza
